I compete in the International Pageant System as many of you know. There national platform is Go Red Heart Health for Women and February is is Heart Health month. So I would like everyone to take a minute to think about your heart health. Heart disease is the number one killer of women. More than all cancers combined. So I would like for you to take the time to be aware of the signs of heart disease. They are much harder to detect in women. The American Heart Association web site has so much information for you to learn about heart disease. Take the time to know the signs.
