February is Heart Health Month and there are so many activities that you can participate in and go to to learn about Heart Health. Not only are these events raising money for the cause but they are teaching the young and old how to take care of there heart. The younger you start your heart care the better of you are. Heart Disease has been thought to be a "mans disease" but it kills more women every year than all types of cancer. It is hard to detect the signs and many women and some doctors brush the symptoms off. Don't let this happen to you or someone you love.
Fun events I have already participated in are a Heart Ball t.v. commercial, National Wear Red Day event at the the State Capitol in Little Rock, AR and this is just in the first week of Heart of Heart Health Month. I will keep you up dated of all the wonderful events to help you with your Heart Health.
